Article 6 is advancing, but implementation is uneven. With 6.2 cooperative approaches and 6.4 UN-recognised credits emerging, buyers and policymakers need clear, practical direction to support durable removals, from authorisations and corresponding adjustments to credible corporate claims.

- Near-term guidance: credible buyer claims now; how to use mitigation-contribution units; immediate MRV priorities for durable CDR
